Managers are a key part of improving the overall wellbeing of their teams and creating the right culture of openness to support their staff through change and difficult times. But in order to do that they need to build and maintain their own resilience and then look at how to build and support resilience in their teams.

Leading Mindfully
This is a specific course aimed at businesses who want to build a mindful approach to how their managers lead their teams for higher productivity, improved resilience, greater self awareness and emotional intelligence. Sessions will include short meditations and in between sessions there will be some homework practice to do.
